August Top Ten
10. Going to the cabin over Labor Day. We went four wheeling, played games, enjoyed the cool weather and even had REAL smores by the campfire. Thanks Jordon!
9. The other night Kambree was crying when it was time for bed and Mckell says, "Mom I don't like it when she cries, it is so anorming." translation: annoying
8. Close your eyes and picture this....a cool breeze, a running creek, shade of a pine tree and a good book all to yourself! Doesn't that sound heavenly? Don drove with me to the reunion, we went one day early and I camped with him. The next day before we met up with the 'girls' I got to read and read while Don fished. It was heavenly! (by the way Don camped and fished while I went and played)
7. Girl's Leavitt Reunion! We got to see some cousins that we haven't seen in a couple of years. And talk and talk and talk!
6. We also fit in two plays. The first one was in St. George at the....
5. and the second was in Cedar City at the....
"Taming of the Shrew"4. Mckell lost her first tooth....she has another one hanging by a thread, but will NOT pull it out.
3. Our typical morning schedule: wake up Darin 5:30 AM, mom exercise, 6:15 take Darin to school, 6:30 wake up Braden, 7:00 wake up Travis, Cade and Mckell, 7:20 Braden leaves, 8:05 T, C & M leave, 8:10 put on a movie for Kambree and go back to bed! (I wish!) You think I could be ready for the day by the time the kids leave, not usually....so my day begins.
2. School started!!! (really #1)
1. Mckell's 6th birthday! She had a water party with water balloons, games and swimming.
